Travis and his lovely fiance Alexandra (Alex) have been driving up from Albany to work with me on his back cover up tattoo for awhile now. Neither one of them had had any ink before coming in to see me, so they had quite a few questions, but once they committed, they were all in. For somebody to choose a full back piece as their first tattoo experience is pretty bad ass and represents a great deal of trust in me, which I really appreciate.
He says, "I wanted a tattoo to help bring focus away from some scars on my back. I thought about it for years and decided I wanted a phoenix to represent a new start. "Once I was sure I knew what I wanted, I sought out someone who had experience with tattoos and scarring; that's how I ended up at Floating Lotus! This was my first tattoo and a full back piece, but Victoria made the process manageable and I couldn't be happier with the results!"
