Celebrating 20 Years of Tattooing!

These are actually my lower legs (I'm on my yoga mat, lol), which I designed and mostly tattooed by myself when I was an apprentice 20 years ago-- still looking pretty good, if I do say so meself. I was just hanging out with a friend who asked if I had just gotten them done, "Are those new?" and I had to laugh-- this happens to me alot in the summertime, when it's finally warm enough in Portland to wear shorts and people can actually see some of my ink.

I've now been tattooing for two decades; it feels like it and yet it doesn't, at the same time-- probably because I love doing this work. Thank you to all of the awesome people I've met on this journey, who have supported me, inspired me and allowed me to be of service in this manner, in this world. Let's do another coupla decades!
